CAPABILITY

Printing, Labeling, and Surface Finishing

Pad printing, screen printing, hot stamping, auto labelling, and UV printing — in-house across the AG Precision platform.

Why In-House Labeling Matters

Complete Components. Labeled and Finished.

AG Precision's labeling and surface finishing capability means customers receive labeled, finished components from a single manufacturing partner — not a separate labeling supplier. Labeling is integrated into the production workflow at AG Precision, reducing handling, lead time, and quality risk between manufacture and finish.

Labeling Methods

Six Labeling and Finishing Processes

Pad Printing

7 machines. Single and multi-colour pad printing for curved, irregular, and recessed surfaces. Suitable for precise logo, text, and graphic application on formed components.

Screen Printing

8 machines total. Flat and cylindrical surface printing. High-colour-fidelity labeling for high-volume programmes. Automatic screen printing — 4 impressions.

Hot Stamping / Foiling

3 machines. Metallic and holographic foil application for premium surface finish. 360-degree branding capability on formed components.

Auto Labelling

3 auto labelling machines (40K units/day capacity each). Automated label application on formed components at high volume.

Sleeving

3 sleeving machines. Full-body shrink sleeve application — conforming to component geometry for 360-degree labeling coverage.

UV Printing

UV printing capability for high-quality, durable prints with superior colour vibrancy. Suitable for premium surface labeling requirements.

Parwanoo Plant

360-Degree Labeling on Laminated Tubes

AG Precision's Parwanoo plant operates AISA tube manufacturing technology with integrated Decoseam and Decoplas labeling capability — enabling 360-degree seamless labeling on laminated tubes. This includes 10-colour printing, Deco Seam technology for uninterrupted visuals, and inline shoulder moulding — all within a clean-room manufacturing environment.

Where Labeling Fits

Labeling as Part of the Integrated Platform

Because labeling happens in-house — across the same plants that manufacture the components — customers do not need a separate labeling partner. Labeled, finished components leave AG Precision's facilities ready for customer use or direct dispatch. This reduces supply chain complexity, eliminates inter-supplier handling risk, and compresses the total cycle from manufacture to labeled output.
