In-House R&D, Tooling, and Prototyping
From the first design file to full-scale production — all within AG Precision's controlled development environment. HAAS VMC, Tsugami CNC, OSCARMAX EDM, Siemens NX, PTC Creo, FDM/SLA prototyping.
One Controlled Development Environment
AG's Innovation Center in Ghaziabad provides the engineering and tooling backbone for the platform. It allows customers to move from concept, design review, prototype, mold development, trials, validation, and manufacturing handover within one confidential environment.

5-axis upgrade (HAAS VF-4 VOP-E) currently under negotiation — expanding simultaneous 5-axis machining capability.
Design and Programming Environment
The design and programming stack includes Siemens NX, PTC Creo, AutoCAD, and Delcam PowerMILL 2024. This supports 3D design, 2D drafting, DFM review, mold design, CAM programming, toolpath planning, and technical handover to manufacturing.
FDM and SLA Resin Prototyping
FDM Prototyping
Fit-form evaluation and early-stage iteration. Produces physical geometry models for customer review and functional assessment before tooling investment is committed.
SLA Resin Prototyping
High-detail, high-resolution prototypes for precision evaluation. Suitable for components where surface quality, fine features, or dimensional accuracy assessment is required at the prototype stage.
Structured 11-Stage Development
Every customer program follows a structured 11-stage NPD process with defined gates, cross-functional sign-offs, and documented handovers — from idea screening through to technical transfer into manufacturing.
See the Full 11-Stage NPD Process →Customer IP Stays Within the Platform
All product development, design files, mold designs, tooling, and process documentation created during a customer program remain within AG Precision's controlled environment. There is no cross-pollination of customer IP between programs. Confidentiality agreements are standard across all development engagements.
